Leaves

My obsession with leaves began as a child. My mother was a painter of landscapes. Each Fall our family drove to the mountains in search of the perfect palette of autumn colors. My mother’s observations of the surrounding beauty made an incredible impression on me. This love of nature has found its way into my artwork with my leaf collection.  

In addition, the glaze shortage has pushed me to find new combinations to achieve a realistic effect for finishing leaves. After much experimentation, I’ve achieved the pinnacle of color and style.
