Shipping Refund/return Policies

Shipping is done With USPS priority mail. You will receive a tracking number the day the piece(s) are shipped. Orders are usually shipped with one day of order being placed. If this is not possible you will be notified immediately regarding when the item(s) will ship. Pottery orders are shipped with the flat rate of $5 or $8 depending on the size of the piece.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please e-mail with the title RETURN REQUEST and you will receive a shipping label via e-mail. Please print this out and attach to the original packing. When the piece is received will refund the purchase price minus shipping. If your piece was broken during shipping please e-mail a picture of it with the title REFUND REQUEST to ijlcreations@hotmail.com and we will issue a full refund to the method of payment used.
