Pink Clay Horsehair Raku Vase

This pink horsehair jar was created using the Western style Raku firing. The work is brought to temperature in a relatively short amount of time. We do this at our studio in a kiln we built. The horsehair is added after the piece has cooled slightly. The exact piece shown is what will be shipped.
